Grace wake surfed for the first time four years ago when she was ten years old when her Dad, on a whim, bought a wake surfing boat. She knew instantly she found her niche and passion! The family went from rarely visiting the lake to owning a houseboat and spending every possible minute on the water in the summer. When Grace was eleven a family friend suggested Grace try a competition and Grace’s love for the sport of wake surfing grew after her first competition, and she hasn’t looked back. Since she started competing she has taken home two North American titles and landed 3rd in the World in the Female Amatuer Surf division two years in a row. The 2022 season has been off to a great start with Grace moving up to the Outlaw division (semi pro) and placing third in the first competition of the season.
