Warranty

OUR SURFBOARDS AND PRODUCTS: Our motivation is to deliver quality craftsmanship and high performance surfboards, accessories and soft goods. We’re passionate about building performance surfboards for the competitive athlete and aspiring surfer. We build our boards using only finest quality materials; bringing life to every board through the hands of seasoned craftsman at our advanced manufacturing facility in Oceanside, CA USA. 

BOARD CARE: Every surfboard must be cared for in a way to avoid excessive heat, dings, cracks, blistering or rapid changes in atmospheric conditions, pressure or elevation. Failing to do so will lead to premature failure. Performance surfboards are NOT built like wakeboards and will fail under excessive forces, impacts, heat, sun exposure, atmospheric pressure change or when ridden beyond their intended weight limits. Keep your board cool to touch and inspect before every use for cracks, dings, impacts or denting. It is highly recommended to use protective equipment  (ie board socks, board bags) to reduce elevated temperature and/or to protect from accidental mishandling. Water intrusion will lead to premature failure and is not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: New surfboards sold by Soulcraft Wake Surf come with a warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase to the original purchaser and are not transferrable. Warranty is not applicable to any demo, used or promotional board or product. Surfboards are NOT warranted against breakage or blistering. The majority of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If returned goods are determined by Soulcraft Wake Surf to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Soulcraft will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer’s credit card whenever possible. Failing this, the goods will be returned by UPS COD freight collected. All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, mis-installed, modified, tampered, abused, or physically damaged. Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number with any warranty claim. A detailed fault description/explanation must be sent together with all returned goods. Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in returning the warranty claim goods to Soulcraft Wake Surf. Soulcraft Wake Surf is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, or damage during transit. Covered claims will be repaired under the discretion of Soulcraft Wake Surf. Refunds can not be granted on any warranty claim.
